“like today a member of your staff phoned me to ask about annual mileage and what the bikes mileage was now . if she had done her job right and read the form I filled in it was all there , but if you pay your staff peanuts then you will only get monkeys working for you”

“This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had on a number of levels. Service, response time, cancelling of my contract, management review of the situation, etc. Not only will I not recommend but I will advise people never to do business with this organisation.”
