Not good first the battery took to long to get to me 3 day's when it arrived I had to charge it for 24 hours just put it on car let's see what happens

Paid for next day delivery still waiting 5 days on. Very disappointed as my vans off the road and I could of just gone to Halfords.

Not impressed. Battery still not arrived. Got payments wrong and had to recharge extra. Didn't mind paying a delivery charge, we get used to that with a KW postcode but when they use the postcode excuse for slow and no delivery it isn't acceptable. Customer service poor. Can't recommend.

Using my vehicle registration I purchased battery for my vehicle checking dimensions and polarity of their suggested battery. Their website does not illustrate the battery even under mag to do anything else. The battery arrived three days after my order and does not fit a KIA as it does not have small bottom ridge for clamp They would not offer prepaid label for return as do their competitors as it was not my fault and they offered another battery but they still wanted me to pay carriage on return of their incorrect choice for my vehicle. For a customer it is very expensive to return a heavy package marked "Accumulator" I have emailed them repeatedly but they would only refer up to a manager with a promised phone call. 1. Advised them I suffer hearing loss so requested email or text only 2.I am a carer for my elderly mother and cannot go weeks without transport so went to Halfords using click and collect same day. Their site was correct in choice of battery for my KIA and only a few pounds more.Sent proof of purchase to TBG 3.I fortunately used Paypal and as I have not had response have referred to their Resolution Centre . 4. Worst ever transaction on internet in many years and flagrant disregard of my consumer writes. 5.Should rename site "WRONG BATTERY GUYS"

Purchased a battery, waited two days, phoned to enquire and was told that there was none in stock and that i had been refunded when nothing had left my account in the first place, No e mail...No phone call...No Apology...No offer of an alternative battery... No car...two days wasted....waiting for something that would never arrive, very poor customer service and a complete disappointment...do not waste your time with THE NO BATTERY GUYS

I’m wheelchair bound can’t stand or walk use mobility scooter bought battery guy batteries $237 thru Amazon many were $150 or less thought it was premium quality only lasted 90 days or less got weak had to charge every 2 to 3 hrs ask warranty to replace refused wanted them sent back to test would not provide a shipping label said 2 weeks my only transportation could not go 2 weeks ask if I could receive new send old back after refused had to buy new batteries battery guys was a bad purchase bad warranty bad customer service would NOT do business with battery guys

After ordering and paying for a battery, and receiving an e mail saying that it had been dispatched I received another e mail saying that my payment had been refunded. There was no explanation as to why. When I phoned to find out why I was told that it must have been out of stock. No further explanation regarding the e mail stating that the battery had been dispatched was given.

Been trying to contact them for 3 days sent emails and telephone calls never heard back left with a £125 battery I’m now going to get in touch with trading standards

Battery yet to be received. Ordered middle of last week. Next day delivery promised. I have a baby and have been unable to use my car in the snow and rain.

I paid £17.50 for next day delivery. The charge was extra because they consider me to live in a remote area, which is incorrect. The battery did not arrive the next day, nor the day after that. I asked for a refund of the postage. Which was promptly ignored, and when i asked to cancel the order received no response. I wont be using them again.

I ordered my battery 3 days ago (last Thursday pm) without any issues or difficulty and paid for next day delivery! I’m still waiting for it…🤷‍♂️ I would very much like to know where my battery is please?

I am not sure who to blame, courier or Battery Boys!! I was told by Battery Boys the battery would be delivered ok Monday 17/10/2022 then on the 18/10/2022 received an email from Yodel saying delivery would be the 23/10/2022 nearly a week later!! The annoying part was I had to pay nearly £20 special delivery. Not a great scenario. However, I feel guilty giving only one star Justin case it’s couriers bulls up!!!

Hi Lee, Sorry that you received the battery later than expected/needed. This battery left our premises on Monday 17th and the delay was with Yodel. If possible would you mid changing the 1 star as we did all we could to get the battery to you? Thanks.
