I bought an Oven on the site, which I supposed was new, but when delivered - the oven had two big scratches on the control panel (it was not it manufacture's packing, just in bubble wrap). I contacted the office regarding the possible replacement. The office said that there was a little note on site re those scratches (which I haven't notices, I don't remember any note). I would have never bought anything like that, if i knew it was not a brand new. The office stated they never collecting any delivery, to get a refund we need to bring the oven to Lester ourself. Be careful, when you buy anything from them and read carefully all notes on their site.

Please refer to my earlier review which may have been a little harsh. Although not happy that I’m unable to use my Smeg integrated coffee machine at the moment due to incorrect brackets being supplied, the team especially Laura and the manager Steve have been helpful in trying to help source another bracket and also given me £25 back for my inconvenience.

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday,it didn’t arrive,I didn’t receive any notification from you saying that you can’t deliver. No drama,can you please let me know when I can expect a delivery,we have been without a hob and oven for over a week now! Kind Regards Alan Williams

Opened it up now to install. It is missing the glue (I presume tape) to install the extractor. I was told a number of times it is a new item so why are installation parts missing??? Of course while I'm trying to get the kitchen installed at 16:30 on christmas eve you are not answering the phones.

Great helpful company until there is a problem then your passed around the office, I am still waiting for a call back 6 months later. In the end I bought parts and fixed the problem myself.

Pleased with the dishwasher which arrived on the specified day but disappointed it was left at my door on a pallet as the courier refused to bring it into the kitchen, hence the low rating. I would rather pay more to have it brought into the house .

I purchased a Best Hood BE MO 50SS extractor hood. I am very happy with appliance. However, I sent the card off to register the appliance for its guarantee to address an in Blackpool and royal mail returned it saying' addressee gone away'. Can anyone help as I am worried in case i have any problems in the future?
