Dear Gary, I am sorry to hear the order is taking a little longer than expected to be delivered to you. This order was completed and dispatched on 09/05/2022 via first class post as requested. First class post can take approximately 2-3 working days on average. We would anticipate this being delivered shortly. Kind regards Lewis
I called to ask about costs and with few questions. The customer service person said that translation is £60 per page, and for any other enquiries I need to email my marriage certificate to the apostille team. They did quote me without me sending a certificate, but on the phone the quote for translation was £60, email said £90. I asked for an apostille for the certificate, plus a translation of the original as well as the apostille. They quoted for 1 translation and an apostille to be added to the translation - that's a different thing. I asked "What services do you use for the translation? Do you have a Czech certified translator, who can issue a round stamp with the Czech national emblem or do you issues a British translation stamp?" They answered "This is completed by a certified translator recognised by the Czech authorities." They also advised me to check with the authorities which translation service is needed. I went with a company who answered all my questions during my initial call, had experience of which country's embassy has what requirements and their services are 2 days (not 3-4).

When providing quotes for translations there are different levels of service available depending on what the customer requires and which country the translation is for. When quoting over the phone we also have the added complexity of not being able to see the document to assess the word count and complexity of the text and layout. When a customer first contacts us we usually quote for the cheapest option of a standard translation in the first instance but always advise the customer checks with whoever is asking them for the translation if there are any specific requirements for the translation. We can then adjust the quote accordingly. Most translations being used at an embassy will need to be done by a sworn translator but this is not always the case which is why we ask you to check if there are any specific requirements in your case. Sworn translations cost more than standard translations so it is cheaper not to use a sworn translator where possible. We always offer the option of a sworn translation when we know a document is being used at an embassy. I am sorry if the communication you received from us left some doubt as to the service we could provide to you. I can assure you our sworn translation will always be correctly sealed and would have been accepted at the embassy. It typically takes us 24 hours to do the translation of a single page document. I had a really really awful experience with this company that has now actually put my job situation in jeopardy. I was on a tight schedule due to the visa system in Colombia and needed my documents as soon as possible. I bypassed the free delivery option (2-3 working days) and paid for next day delivery due to this stressful situation. I then received my documents a week later. This has now caused my application to be automatically cancelled by Migration Colombia. I tried to be understanding about this situation, but my new visa request will now not be processed in time to start my job for the academic year. I will likely be fired due to this. The reason the company gave for this was that I misinterpreted a question I was asked when I was originally giving my order. When I answered the question incorrectly, no one told me that this was an issue or that I needed to give a correct response as soon as possible in order to receive my documents. I misinterpreted the question on Monday 21st of June and the company did not explain the issue until Thursday 24th (after I expressed concern about the lateness - they would not have explained the issue if I hadn't inquired). They then told me that the documents would arrive Tuesday 29th (bear in mind that the company would have received them on Wednesday 23rd and I paid for next day delivery). In actual fact, they arrived Wednesday 30th, When I politely questioned them and was concerned about why my documents were arriving so late, the lady I spoke to was rude and defensive. I am not leaving this review to be cruel but rather to warn people on a tight schedule that this is not the company for them. I am utterly distraught that I paid £148 for the privilege of potentially losing my job. I hope that the company realises that they need to be more honest about delivery times as sometimes their customers livelihoods depend on these documents being sent in the time that they commit to.

Many thanks for your feedback on your order. I am sorry to hear the delay to your document has caused some issues. I have looked into this order in detail to understand what happened in this case. It appears the issue occurred as it was not clear if you wanted us to legalise the original document or make a copy to legalise. We asked this question prior to the document arriving and did not receive an answer. When the original document arrived in our office for processing we asked the question again and waited for a response. Looking at the email chain it appears the question created some confusion and you were not entirely clear what we were asking. This led to the delay in us starting the process for a few days. Once the issue was resolved we completed the next day and delivered to your address the next working day. Unfortunately we must establish whether it is the original or a copy to be legalised before we can start. If we incorrectly assume it is the original this would result in a valuable document be certified, stamped and apostilled without a client’s consent. We understand any delay to an order is very frustrating, especially when an important deadline is only a few days away. We ask that apostilles are ordered as soon as possible to allow time for issues with incomplete order information or signature verification to be resolved. The vast majority of apostille orders are complete and dispatch the day after we receive them. Our team are also available on the phone to answer any questions in more detail and clarify any points that are not clear in email communication. When I made the order it was for a client who needed an apostille within 3 days so I decided to use your service as I have a lot during covid with the foreign office being rather slow. I could not change the delivery address online from mine so I included a note of the address for it to be sent to - her address plus on my order form I crossed out the delivery address as mine and put a huge asterix and wrote her address on instead. It wasn't in anyway ambiguous. I even wrote that I could not see how to change it online so had written the new address instead!! Even if after all that someone was unsure - I received no telephone enquiry or email to check. I then went on holiday to come back today to find the document at my house, and a tonne of angry voicemails and emails from my client asking where her document is. She is livid. It was a DBS certificate for a job in Korea which she has now lost due to them not getting it in time. I want an immediate full refund please so that I can refund the client for your service. I hope that will satisfy her but I am extremely fearful she is out for me big time. Seriously unimpressed right now.

I am sorry that there was an issue with the delivery of your document. Customers can contact us by email, phone and online chat to amend or change any orders. When the document arrived it was allocated to the order record and dispatched to the address provided at the time of ordering. If there was a note included with the inbound document, we are very sorry this was not identified. Thank you for your review. I can see from the order record you selected the airmail delivery option which is not insured or tracked. Delivery to Albania using this method can take over 2 weeks to arrive and we are unable to comment on when this will be received as it is not a tracked service. Kind Regards, Reece
Complete waste of money. Wouldn't ever use them again. I was told they would legalise a tefl certificate and they said they won't as its UK accredited.

I have investigated your order and I am slightly confused by the negative review. You paid for your document to be legalised for use in Kuwait. The estimated processing time for the Kuwaiti Attestation service is around 7 working days. Your document arrived in our office on Wednesday 10 April 2019. We completed the service and dispatched the document on Wednesday 17 April 2019 on the 6th working day. An email was sent from our DHL booking system confirming dispatch to your Hotmail account. (Please check your junk filter settings). I can see that we have emailed you on many occasions to assist you with your document and to provide advice. I am not aware of any other service provider that matches our speed of service, customer support and market leading prices. We wish you every success with your employment in Kuwait.
My documents were not legally recognised by the French authorities - neither the translation or the apostille stamp - so I've wasted time and money on the service. I can therefore not recommend!

Thank you for contacting us. I have reviewed your order and I can see that we have translated a document into French and added the UK apostille exactly as requested. The apostille is a government issued certificate. There is only one type of apostille so I do not know why the French authorities would not recognised it. Please contact the person requesting your document and clarify what they need. It is possible there has been some miscommunication and they need the UK document to be issued with the apostille. We will be happy to assist you however we can to resolve this but you do need to find out exactly what is required. Regards, Mike.

Thank you for your review and my apologies for the problem you have experienced. I have looked at your order and can see that we rectified this error as soon as it was highlighted to us. I believe the document translation was carried out as requested into the correct language. The error occurred when we attached our standard certification to the translation. When we did this we accidentally selected the wrong certification template in a different language. My sincere apologies for this error. We have sent another copy of the translation with the correct language certification attached on the same day this was brought to our attention and have used a next day delivery service for you. You should now be in receipt of the correct documents and I hope this did not cause you too much inconvenience.
