“The apostille service that I received was straight forward and very time efficient. After receiving my degree certificate back in the post, I noticed that the certificate had been creased. I contacted Apostille Services about this and the customer service team, in particular Lewis Downey, were very helpful in helping me to resolve the issue. “My friends adviced me to use the apostille service to apostille my PhD Diploma. They were very efficient and kind while my Diploma was in their office, and I was very satisfied with their service. However, they posted my diploma back home in an envelope which was certainly not thicker enough since my diploma arrived wrinkled, which is extremely disappointing for such an important document....”

Hi Maria, Thank you for your valued feedback. I have checked our records and upon receipt of your order it was noted by a member of the management team that the document arrived creased at our office. This note was added to the order form received but I apologise for not communicating this to you at the time. After we receive documents we present them to our solicitor and then the UK Foreign Office in person by hand to ensure they remain in the condition we receive them in. Your order was returned by DHL international in their standard card wallet to protect the document from creasing. If the DHL packaging was damaged on receipt please provide a photo of this by email so we can take this up with DHL. I have also double-checked the scan of the documents we sent prior to dispatch and this shows that the document was slightly creased before it left our office. Unfortunately, it appears the creases were caused when the documents were in transit on their way to us. I do apologise for not communicating this damage to you and have reviewed our procedures so in future we will communicate such issues to clients and will endeavour to take photos of such damage for clients to take up with which every delivery service they have used to send documents to us.
