“Best customer service i've recieved in a long time. One of my documents was rejected by the FCO as they didnt have the solicitors signature from my local town on file. The company contacted me straight away via phone and email and let me know what to do. They allowed me to send my university certificate to be certified by them instead at no extra cost. Jessica and Nicola were wonderful and kept me updated!”

“I needed my degree certificate authenticated and attested by the embassy for a new job. They offered a great service. I sent my documents from Malaysia via DHL and they informed me as soon as they got it, clarified any questions that I may have had. The process took 12 working days and I got my documents back. Great service!”

“I have used the apostille service for many of my documents. They have the BEST costumer service i have ever come across. Also if you have multiple documents they will reduce the price for you if you email them, that can really save you money. Even when i made a mistake and sent too many documents they called me and asked me which was the document that i wanted them to apostillise. They have multiple options for payment. A great company i will never hesitate to use them again.”

“The customer service and the application procedure to get the Apostille for my birth certificate was the smoothest procedure I think I´ve ever done for an administrative-type procedure. I simply had to fill out a form and post it, the following day I received a call confirming that they had received my application, and wanted to know whether my documents were correct and/or whether I needed to send anything else. Within four days of sending my application, I received my Apostille in the post. Can´t really ask for more! It´s definitely worth spending the extra 10 quid if you need your Apostille fast! Once again, thanks again for everything :)”
