“Very quick service, very friendly and efficient staff. I was a bit worried because every time I emailed a different person replied but their system works because they all had all the information and were able to respond extremely quickly. The only slip up was that I asked for birth certificate replacement to be requested using the standard two week service, not the fast service but the cost I was given was for the fast service, once I pointed out that I had requested the standard service the cost was promptly amended. Otherwise I could not fault the service.”

“I am very satisfied! Fast and quality service, I was in a big rush but they managed to complete everything in 2 days so I got my documents on time. Customer Service in their online web chat is very helpful and is responding really fast.”

“Very fast and professional service. The explanations and guidance are more than clear and easy to follow. Online chat and email responses come less than 1 minute. I found that it is quite simple to make an order on the Apostille Service even for foreigners. If I 'll need to legalise my documents again, I'll definitely send them to Apostille Service. “I urgently needed copies of our divorce certificates apostilled in order to get married in Portugal. They also required authentication by a Solicitor. The Apostilled Service handled everything and express mailed.them to us in Portugal. Outstanding service.”

“Glad with my experience of the Apostille Service!! In particular the lady that dealt with my emails, Jessica James, was fantastic - so friendly, professional and super prompt in replying to any queries I had. It's not really about the work, but being such a positive nature is just a cancer which spreads around in all endeavors, inside and outside the company. Probably I am a bad manager, but she definitely a real pro and company need to do everything to hold her within as this type of personality is in high demand. Can’t speak highly enough of this service and Jessica, she is a role model of how customer service should be delivered. Thanks!”
