“Very fast and professional service. The explanations and guidance are more than clear and easy to follow. Online chat and email responses come less than 1 minute. In particular the lady that dealt with my emails, Jessica James, was fantastic - so friendly, professional and super prompt in replying to any queries I had. It's not really about the work, but being such a positive nature is just a cancer which spreads around in all endeavors, inside and outside the company. Unfortunately, Airmail deliveries to European Islands can take several weeks (in addition to Christmas delays) as they are entirely dependant on local delivery services. Airmail records show that the document has been handed to the Cyprus postal service on 5 January. Your document should be with you in the next few days.
