“Good, prompt service fro Apostille Service. However, not at all happy with courier service - they did not contact me on the morning of delivery to give me the hour delivery slot, as they had promised. This meant that when I had to go out, I changed the delivery to "leave with a neighbour". When I returned home, they hadn't been so I changed it back and sellotaped a note on front door saying I was in and to ring bell. When they delivered just before 6pm, they did not ring bell but just shoved envelope halfway through letter box. I paid for courier delivery - I do not expect something containing important documents to be left hanging out of the letter box and vulnerable to being stolen!!! Suggest you change couriers!!”

“Everything went smoothly and quickly. I would have wished for a bit better communication of arrival of documents, processing and posting documents again. I only received notification from the courier service not from apostille service.”
