“I had legalised documents in the past and apart from the apostille the stamps and signatures were put in the front page of the document. In the last documents everything was in the back page. I was answered upon my question that's the way it should be done,yet in the latest document you legalised for me the stamps and signatures were in the front page again. I wonder if this makes any difference. Can I have a responsible answer please? I will file these documents in my application for a state post in my country . I hope there will be no problem.”

Thank you for the review. When legalising documents, the location of the certification by our solicitor depends on the type of document, whether we are processing an original document or a copy and the space available to add the required statements and stamps. It can be added to the front of a document or on the back. Some solicitors have their own preference and prefer not to sign the front. Regardless of the location of our solicitors certification, the apostille is typically added to the back of a document. You will not experience any problems and your documents will be accepted overseas. “The Apostille Service actually did the work as requested. However, the company's downfall is using a poor delivery company such as UKMail, which endlessly messed me about. Hopefully this review will spur them to change courier services.”

Thank you for the feedback. I am pleased to see that we completed your order quickly but I am sorry that the courier service did not deliver your document as expected. We legalise thousands of documents every year and rely on the courier service to complete their service as efficiently as we do. Over the last 20 years we have used several different courier services and currently use UKMail which is part of DHL. Over 99% of documents are delivered to the customer without problem, but unfortunately the occasional delay can occur which is beyond our control. However, I will pass on your comments to the Area Manager at UKMail. Our records indicate that we have refunded the cost of the courier service. We hope you have a good week. Regards, Mike.

“I had no idea about how to obtain an apostile. I called and they walked me through filling out the form and what I needed to do. They were helpful and professional. Very easy to do business with. I received the apostiles today.”
