“As I ordered service I paid an extra fee for a faster delivery, however, your company posted docs back on July 10th and I received them on July 23rd. A 13 day TT from the UK to Spain! You should carefully check whichever provider you are using. A 13 day TT should not be acceptable!”

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with the delivery time for your document. Looking at your order we received your document on Friday 28 June 2019. The service included document checks, solicitor certification, the apostille service and Chinese Embassy attestation. This was completed in around 8 working days and within our normal estimate to 10 days. We offer two options for return delivery - Airmail 2 weeks or DHL International Courier 1-2 days. You selected Airmail and your document was delivered 13 days later. Airmail is dependent on the local postal service where you live. We have no control over the Spanish postal service and cannot make them deliver documents quickly. Unfortunately we cannot insist that customer choose the more expensive quick courier service. “This was such a great service! I had 4 documents that needed certifying and apostilled, and this was done so quickly. They arrived with the apostille service on Thursday morning, I received the scans of my apostilled documents by Friday afternoon, and received them back in the post still in perfect condition on the Saturday. I was also kept up to date with my order process, whenever I emailed the customer service team they would reply pretty much straight away which was really great. I’m extremely happy with the service I got here and it was well worth the money. I was worried about something going wrong with my important documents but I would use this service again and again as it was fast and really secure.”
