“I was impressed with the efficiency of the service. They arranged for a new certified copy of my marriage certificate and had it appostiled and delivered to Portugal in 5 days. I think 212 pounds was probably fair for the service but I was disappointed when asked to pay an additional 12 pounds for a pdf copy of the certificate. I don't know how this is justified having already paid a premium for the expedited service. So out of principle I didn't request it and now I don't have a copy of the document in case I need it.”

“Efficient and prompt service. Michelle was fantastic as i did not have any understanding of what I was doing and where things had to go. Michelle guided me step by step and kept me informed every step of the way. Anything I was unsure about, she talked me through it. “Very good all the way through, from ordering the service online, to their telling you the status, and very fast. I later found out that I could have sent the document directly to the FCDO, the UK's 'monopoly' on apostilling, and save quite a bit. However, peace of mind is valuable, as well, and I didn't have to worry about checking the signature etc etc”

Thank you for taking the time to review our apostille service. In addition to ensuring client's documents are correctly presented before arranging the apostille, we also offer a much faster and transparent service than the FCDO. Our service completes the next day in most cases so is also considerably quicker than the current 15 working day timescale.

“Needed a document Apostille done very quickly. Sent to them on Tuesday, got it back by Friday, would have been Thursday only DHL delayed the return delivery, which the Apostille Service refunded me the cost for as DHL did not provide the next day service. I would absolutely recommend them for their speed, their information and communication and their cost which was one of the least expensive for an expedited service.”
