“We are a property letting and management company based a considerable distance away, however this has not been any problem whatsoever. From the initial contact to enquire of their services, to current day, I've been quite impressed with TAP. The staff response rates, thoroughness of detail applied to their work, easy to understand pricing structure and comprehensive range of services, make for an effective accountancy business to deal with. I consider this more of a genuine partnership whereby it is akin to having a dedicated in house accounts employee. Special praise to Emily Boardman and Rebecca Mercer whom have been my primary contacts. Highly recommended!”

“After spending my first year of self employment trying to keep my books up to date, signing up to the Accountancy Partnership felt like a weight being lifted off my shoulders. The online software is a huge help in itself but as the year end approaches it's good to know that I have expert assistance available to ensure that my tax return not only gets filed on time, but also that my tax bill is accurate. Very cost effective service as well given how much the other accountants I priced up came in at.”

“This review is based on an encounter to get services through the Accountancy Partnership. Wasn't the most straightforward process and I was told the pricing and services outlined by the MD before i signed up. When I gave my bank details to start the service, a different price was quoted. Was then given quite a bit of run around with various admin/assistants, poor response times and encountered a rude phone call with a member of their staff. At the end, I had no other option but to terminate the service”

Hi Chaney, Apologies for the delay in my response, it took a while to locate the account as it seems you have used a different name for the review. I did look into this for you at the time. The price did not change as such, when we met originally, it was during your financial year so you were quoted the monthly fee. Some time passed before you joined us as a client which meant that we passed your financial year end, therefore we had to quote you for the outstanding year. This was explained to you upon joining (and is outlined on the registration form you signed). The price that we quoted was a very reasonable and we even offered you a payment plan for it over 12 months. I am sure that not many accountants would do the same for a new client! I did listen over the telephone conversation you are referring to and the member of staff you spoke with remained polite and professional throughout the conversation so I am confused with this complaint. I would of course be happy to speak with you further if you would like to call the office or my mobile number.

“I would absolutely recommend The Accountancy Partnership for their services. I recently set up a limited company and they have gone above and beyond with their level of support. At no point I have hesitated to the fact that the team are not based in my town. I always receive swift replies to emails, I know that I can pick up the phone any time, and I have even received support well outside of usual business hours. Many freelancers, contractors and businesses don't need constant face-to-face contact, although of course that is offered too (with a new office just opened in London, as well as their existing locations.) I spent a while comparing accountants online and couldn't be happier with my choice. The Accountancy Partnership are more personal, qualified and even cheaper than everyone else I discovered, researched and spoke to.”

They are much cheaper than other accountants and you can pay monthly, but because there cheaper does not mean you get less, in my opinion you get great value for money.
