“I have found The Accountancy Partnership to be very professional. I have used them for 2 years now and found them to be very effective and always deal with my needs.”

“0% competancy and even worse customer service. We have been threatened by companies house with refrences to criminal action and being struck off due to accounting failures and the accountant has just ignored us despite our constant plea for help, instead he suggested we go elsewhere despite taking a full years of fees and providing no service and leaving us in this situation. After a year of business we have no idea about our accounts. Despite giving the accountant all financial information he has done nothing with it for months. We have been unable to take any money out of the company for a full year and they do not seem to care. We have received no advice on the accountancy process despite asking for clarity. You will have to chase and chase and no one will speak with you. Any emails will only address what the accountant wants and will ignore most of your queries. I have been told i would be added as a director and company share structure can be changed and for months no one has done anything. Please do not fall into the trap that we are in and avoid these guys at all costs. I could adduce so much evidence of their failures to back up this review. I am now left in a situation where i have money in a company that i can't access, no confirmation statement filed, accounts that are probably overdue and no idea what to do.”

“Bad service. Usually it takes ages for any manager to answer. You are lucky if they are answer to you within 24 hours. Their policy is 1 answer per business day(no joke). If you have something urgent, your problems. We almost failed with year accounting period”

“I needed an accountant who would actually do the accounting and leave me to focus on other things. My previous accountant had a way of getting me to do most of the work while charging a lot of money just to cross the "T"s and dot the "I"s. The Accountancy Partnership are great because they just get on with it. They don't require me to spend a lot of time formatting data and answering questions. They know what to do and they don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Very refreshing!”
