“I found some candles I wanted on their website, i'd never heard of them but reviews were good so i decided to take a punt. ordering was easy, delivery estimate was fast but unfortunately Royal Mail who have gone downhill were uncommunicative, delayed and items arrived broken. I emailed Temptation Gifts with my complaint and pictures and they refunded the items which had been broken in transit although not the delivery cost as the other items were ok. It would've been a nice gesture had they done so, instead they offered free delivery on any future purchases. i'm not sure if i'll use them again, it was a bit of a fluke stumbling over them whilst scouring the internet for the items I purchased. That said, I think they are a trustworthy company and anyone wondering whether they are legit, I believe they are and would use them again if I saw anything on their site that appealed.”

“Great range of lovely products at reasonable prices. Delivery is reasonably priced and delivery time was also really good. The items were packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition. I’d highly recommend Temptation Gifts to anyone and looking forward to my next order 😊”
