“I was very pleased with the telephone service except I could only buy one mug and I would have brought two. I do not do the Internet. The delivery notifications were excellent and arrived on time.”

“Always good prices and lots of selection. I tend to do a big shop every Christmas. My only quibble is that the cost of delivery and the threshold for free standard delivery is high. I would buy a lot more little bits throughout the year if it wasn’t for this.”

“I absolutely love temptation gifts! Lovely gifts for family and loved ones. Lots to choose from and i loved what I ordered! My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was i felt the gift wrap option was a bit of a let down :/ nothing major I just expected the quality to be a bit better. Either way, lovely place to shop all things gift related; will be back again for certain.”

“Ordered 2 jelly cat toys, both arrived very quickly, I would definitely order from here again, the only reason I gave 4 stars is they had an advertisement that said free shipping if you spend over £45 on jellycat, I did spend more than this but it had to be solely on one jellycat product, the advertisement didn't make this clear”

“Three cards ordered 3D affect. One of which was much smaller than the other two ( the bus) and really made it seem like it was not worth the effort. I suppose it was somewhere in the small print and we missed it. Temptation were not to blame, more like the manufacturer. But delivery was well enough. The whole point was to send the bus card though, and the feeling of disappointment was the result.”
