“Truly fantastic 3D card! Looked even more spectacular than the picture x My only gripe, which was quite a big issue for me, was the delivery time. It really did take almost a week to get a birthday card to me! It does specify that time scale and that’s why I’ve only take away one star. However, does anyone expect orders to take the full delivery time these days?? Especially seeing as though it was literally just a card. Jx”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. The mugs were well packed and arrived safely. The only problem was that one of the three mugs delivered was not what was ordered. However, the response from Temptation Gifts was considered, and a refund was offered for the mug not delivered, including a portion of the shipping cost. I was also invited to retain the mug sent in error. Overall, a most favourable response under the circumstances.”

“Placed my order and sat back and waited and waited and waited. After 5 days no sign of the parcel. After 8 days still no sign of it. Rang temptation. They sent replacement the same day.Which arrived the next day. Excellent outcome all around. Sadly still no sign of the original package.”

“Really love the website and great range of products at very reasonable prices. The only downfall I had was the delivery time for the item I ordered as it took 9 working days before dispatch so actually missed the birthday it was for. If I had realised I would have ordered it earlier”
