“Really easy website, lots of great things to buy. Really quick delivery and wrapped up well. Only thing I would say is the money pot I got for my boyfriend which looked like a men's one said bikini fund on the back, so I'm guessing it was for woman. He found it funny but maybe that should be a bit clearer with what's on the back”

“Exceptional products at excellent prices. Delivered quickly and packaged carefully. Love fragrance spheres for my porch and hall. Sadly the offer 3 for £10 was misleading as it must have only applied to 3 identical fragrance spheres. I bought 7 and no discounts were applied.”

“W received our mugs very quickly and ne are quite happy about it. Dunoon mugs are superb. Very fine bone China. Even finer than we expected. The only negative point is that we would have liked to receive a message - text or mail - to let us know the date and time of delivery. As it is we were home only by chance”

“Hola todo muy bien salvo la entrega, porque me dejaron el paquete en el buzón porque estaba yo ausente de mi casa en el momento de la entrega. Y esto está muy mal por dos razones: una, k cualquiera de mis vecinos pudo haber cogido el paquete, y dos, k el buzón es pequeño y no cabía con lo k lo metieron a presión y casi no lo podía sacar y casi estuvo a punto de estropearse al intentar sacarlo! Espero k si hago un nuevo pedido me lo entreguen en mano. Gracias”

“Range of products is good. Service was fairly quick and efficient. Only problem was I received all the wrong items. I ordered Yankee Fragrance Spheres and received Yankee Melt Cups. However this was dealt with quickly and I received the correct item the day after I contacted Temptation. I understand that mistakes happen but it was a bit of a nuisance having to return the incorrect item. Overall the service was very good and I'm pleased the order didn't arrive in oversized packaging which you often receive from other companies.”

Customer ordered on Sunday 1st April, Easter bank holiday weekend. Our warehouse was closed until Tuesday 3rd. The order was shipped the following day 4th and was delivered within 3 days.

“The order process was very easy and my order arrived quickly. Unfortunately some of my items hadn’t arrived and one item was incorrect. I phoned customer service up and they dealt with it immediately and my corrected order was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service team, will definitely order from Temptation Gifts again.”
