“Products are always of excellent quality but I was disappointed that Temptation Gifts do not provide their customers with the option to exchange for another style/size but rather have to return the original, reorder and pay double the postage. To my mind this is not "going the extra mile" and providing first class Customer Service.”

“great price for Emma Bridgewater mugs. however one of the designs I really wanted was out of stock which was disappointing. not at all impressed with state of parcel. It had taken a huge bashing with the damaged box and the loose contents arrived in a big polythene bag tied up with a cable tie. As far as I can tell, the mugs are undamaged although the presentation boxes certainly weren't. As they are Christmas presents I am rather upset. Not your fault I know, but Royal Mail have gone right down in my estimation.”
