“Easy to order, delivered on time. Unfortunately one item was missed off delivery as out of stock when picked. Have been offered free delivery until 31.01.18. Should really be delivered free as soon as item is back in stock. Instead I have to keep checking website. This was a chistmas gift wanted as a set of 4.”

“My order was dispatched really promptly. One item was out of stock so I was disappointed that my order was not initially complete and that I'd been given a refund instead of the missing item. However, when I contacted Temptation Gifts, they went to great efforts to source the missing item and to ensure I received it within a reasonable time. I was really pleased with the product and the fact that it was offered at such a competitive price.”

“Love the mugs. However one of five received broken. Another broke on first use.... prior mugs of same brand and style have lasted 5+ years. Broken mugs were refunded. Would have preferred replacement, but shipping cost was prohibitive per vendor.”

“The products are a pleasure to use and arrived well packaged. The mugs were bought as a Christmas present for my wife and she loves them. However the overall effect of the appearance of the Robin mug is ruined by the inclusion of an errant,unnecessary apostrophe; “ their red breast’s “ Simply it’s wrong. This inattention to detail is amateurish and should be rectified.”

“I was in Europe and we saw Arthur The Anteater by Jellycat. We did not get him because we were already full with gifts for our trip back to the states. I thought I would order the item online, but to my despair, I could not find it anywhere in the USA. I then started looking online and found your site had the plush animal...and more importantly would make sure it arrived before Christmas (this was December 16th). Within 6 days we had the item. Timing was perfect, the gift was a smash, and the service was excellent. Thank you very much and good luck in 2018.”
