“Great looking, just wish they were larger!”

“First time for ordering from Temptation Gifts. Both products arrived, well wrapped and at brilliant prices. My only query was the inside of my Orla hanging planter which had debris inside and was greasy. I queried if it was a return or display model. It didn't change the fact I wanted it, but I was told not. I sent photographs, but was told it was new. Rather than faff around sending for another one. I kept it.”

“Everything worked well. However the website was a bit difficult to use. Ordering, payment and shipping worked fine, as well as payment of VAT and handling in Denmark. The item was undamaged. Thank you.”

“I received the plates in good condition. They were wrapped properly so they wouldn't break. Also they arrived quickly. My only surprise and dissapointment was that before Fedex delivered them I was asked to pay the duty fee for them of $39.69. I thought that the price I paid for the delivery included duty fee. It raised the price of the plates and had I known I wouldn't have ordered them.”

“I have been more than happy with Temptations Gifts service, as I have used them on a few occasions. But I am not so impressed with my Dunoon mug, I have only recently received it and after using it for a week or so it has developed a crack nearly all the way down the mug.”
