“Easy to order and pay for order. Friendly staff. One thing that should be corrected is that after shipment, NO tracking number is furnished by Temptation Gifts on their website. I had to telephone them and the lady who replied gave it to me orally over the phone. This sort of info should be available automatically when consulting one's customer order history. Excellent quality of packing for the mug ordered!”

“Ordering was so easy , the only hard decision is what to order as they have so much choice. My daughter loves all the pretty gifts they do so this order was a sale buy in readiness for Xmas 2021”

“Excellent online shop selling lots of desirable brands at discounted prices. Ordering is easy, lots of updates on delivery date and despatched quickly. I would have given 5 stars but on my previous order one of the items was out of stock after I placed the order which was disappointing. However, Temptation were quick to let me know and refunded promptly.”

“Recently placed an order with some items for Mother’s Day, all of the cards and small items arrived wonderful not a single bend in it or mark. Unfortunately the teapot came chipped which was a shame, but these things happen. The customer service team have been brilliant and even posted me a returns label out to my address as I had no access to a printed. Would 100% order again from here.”
