“I really love my new foxy friend! Really soft baby plush, perfect to cuddle. Shipping was a bit odd. I paid FedEx and received it 3 or 4 days later with Mondial Relay. Weird.”

“The customer service was 5 star. Very friendly, and email queries answered very promptly and clearly. Unfortunately the tray I purchased was slightly disappointing. The measurements included the handles (so it is smaller than I hoped), and the handles are uncomfortable and seem flimsy.”

“This purchase was something of a splurge - I thought the price was a bit high for a sale item. However, when the Dunoon cup arrived, I was so pleased with it! Truly a quality item. Shoutout also to the person who packaged the item with such care! Would you consider offering more affordable sales? I would gladly become a repeat customer!”

“I am pleased with the glasses bought, they arrived in a good condition. However if like me you live out of the UK be prepared for a long delivery time of around 4 weeks and a tax to pay, which is more than you would pay in the UK.”

“I have not gotren my parcel with the 2 items I purchased yet. And I have not had any word from the company since they said they had put it in the mail. This is the first communication I have gotten since then. I am quite disappointed. I sincerely hope that this review will do something to either get me the items I ordered, or a refund. Update! I just received the package. It was wealthy what I ordered and in good condition. Though mildly tardy in delivery, I had to raise my rating to quite good. The only thing I would suggest is an email from the company with information on the delivery.”
