“I was very disappointed when my ceramic mug arrived damaged. It was clear that the damage was perfectly visible before the mug was ever packaged and sent. Temptation Gifts has been prompt and courteous in addressing my concerns. After receiving my photos of the damage, they immediately gave me a refund without my having to return the damaged item. It is due to the excellent customer service that I have given 4 stars.”

“Candle does not smell like siberian fir, even though on the box it says siberian fir fragrance. It smells quite sweet. When burning makes noise as the wick made of some pressed wood.”

“The mugs arrived timely and in the short time we've used them appear very satisfactory. The only disappointment in their purchase was the shipping cost, which rivaled or exceeded the mugs. My wife had already ordered them not realizing the added cost and I didn't want to disappoint so I bit the bullet and decided not to complain....but since you asked I wasn't happy about it.”
