“The mugs arrived timely and in the short time we've used them appear very satisfactory. The only disappointment in their purchase was the shipping cost, which rivaled or exceeded the mugs. My wife had already ordered them not realizing the added cost and I didn't want to disappoint so I bit the bullet and decided not to complain....but since you asked I wasn't happy about it.”

“Unfortunately you no longer do the original one that I had a couple of years ago (sweet pea I think )and this one is not as nice, they are also quite expensive, however, they are nice to drink from and I like the Richmond shape plus you are very courteous and professional company which is very refreshing.”

“The 3d cards are excellent. I bought a few gifts. I also bought the bee dishes and plates but disappointed there was no mug to go with them. Please stop using plastic air bags in parcels.”

“Really lovely choice of gifts and quick delivery. However, I bought a card and a couple of small breakables, and they were wrapped together so tightly in tissue paper that edges of the card were bent. It came in a box so no need to wrap it like that!”

“Quick and safe delivery. Would have been 5 stars but for the very high cost of the delivery. Same product in a high street store for less than the price plus delivery. Clearly the high street is low on stock and unable to trade otherwise they would have had my purchase.”
