“The cup was lovely and cheaper than on the actual Emma Bridgewater site however I was disappointed it does not coming in a nice box just threw into a delivery box with bubble wrap. No invoice either.”

“Great selection of Yankee products at a great price! Unfortunately the order I received was incorrect, however I sent an email to customer services and they were absolutely fabulous, replied within 24 hours and have sent the correct order to replace the incorrect one. They were very apologetic which was lovely of them to take the time to write an email back. Would definitely shop here again! :)”

“Lovely item. Was very happy with it when it arrived, although after paying for next day delivery and it not turning up I wasn't pleased. However after speaking to a member of staff I was refunded the delivery I paid and had the item the next day. Bought for my partner and he was thrilled with it.”
