“Ordered a personalised 70th photo album. I left a msg to advise that I needed it in time for a surprise party. Got a lovely msg back from customer services explaining how they'll send it and they even finished their msg with 'enjoy the party'. Lovely personal communication. However the album was really quite small for what I wanted, however we can still give it as a gift.”

“Every time I use one of this cups, I enjoy the beautiful design and the thin porcelain. It is always a pleasure to select the cup for the breakfast or for tea time. Unfortunately the "coating" inside ist not good on all mugs.”
