“I was highly delighted with my products I ordered and how soon I received them, I would of given 5 stars if I had received all of my products, I had 2 items missing? So rang up customer services and spoke with a lady to explain I haven’t received all my items and she was very polite and kind and had my missing item sent to me the following day and she explained the other item was out of stock? Never mind. But other wise everything was ok.”

“This mug was a replacement for a previous Libra mug made by a different manufacturer, and which sadly went the way of most mugs eventually. This mug is quite satisfactory but is slightly oversized - takes a lot of coffee.!!”

“Package arrived very well wrapped. Item was smaller than I expected but I didn't check measurements to be honest. Pleased with it overall though. Will definitely look at the website again if needing anything. Arrived after the specified date but Christmas post is slow and it wasn't for a Christmas present anyway or I'd have chosen a different delivery option.”
