“The order came well within the time but unfortunately one of the mugs was not the one I ordered. The sign of a good company is how well they deal with any error. This company was excellent in this case. I was asked to send a photo of what I had received and they promised to send the replacement by first class post which they dutifully did. Well done TemptationGifts!”

“No problem with the gifts they came as expected, in excellent condition and on time. Cannot give 5 star as cost of delivery to BFPO number was extortionate. A BFPO number can use Royal Mail at standard UK rates so should not have been any more expensive than delivering to the mainland. Had to get it delivered to my daughter instead who would have sent it for £13 as opposed to £44 as quoted.”

“The Dunoon (Dorset shape) mugs I bought here are my favourite mugs but as they are a discontinued line it was hard to find anyone who had stock but luckily TemptationGifts seem to have good stocks of these.”

“The product (Yankee wax melts) were good quality as I expected from Yankee. Delivery was fine. My only issue was the amount of packaging. The small wax melts were packaged in a large box filled with loads of polystyrene nuggets. It was really unnecessary and could have easily been packaged in a smaller box which would then have fit through my letterbox, instead of me having to collect the large package from the depot. Plus I had to fill up a plastic carry bag with all the polystyrene to dispose of. Not good for my recycling system or the environment - and a waste of money (I should imagine) for TemptationGifts.”
