“Initially the item that was delivered was incorrect. I emailed customer services. I received a response the very same day asking me to confirm what item I had received and I was then sent by priority post the correct item which was received the next day. Very happy the way my issue was dealt with.”

“After a mad couple of weeks on the go trying to get halloween and Christmas Jellycats i came across Temptation gifts online and recommended also by a friend. They had a good selection of stock maybe right place right time. My purchase was straight forward and delivery in good time. Can't fault the service at all. Will definetly purchase again and can't recommend them enough.”
