“The mugs I bought are beautiful and just what I wanted- but that's why I ordered them. The unkown part of the purchase was the service, but this too was great. I was kept informed where the package was up to and when delivery would be . The packaging was good, sound but not excessive. All together a good experience.”

“The packing of my Jellycat is so tough and nice. Feeling great when opening the package. Dolls looking good! Will consider to buy gift again from this site. Tried to buy Jellycat from other website but the experience was awful. Recommended!”
