“I want to say that I found out about this website thanks to my sister-in-law. We're both designers, so we're constantly looking for something new, especially for gifts. “Fantastic customer service: I ordered one item, then realised I wanted to add another. I emailed to see whether this would be possible and got a speedy reply to say that they would cancel my first order and issue a refund so I could order both items again. The refund was processed quickly and the items were sent quickly too. A great experience!”
