“The coffee mugs I purchased are beautiful. Even though out of the three mugs I ordered, one was wrong, the customer service was impeccable. They were quick to respond when I wrote to them, apologetic and resolved the matter very quickly with no extra cost to me. Extremely pleased with their customer service and their readiness to help me. I enjoy my coffee mugs immensely. I recommend Temptation Gifts with no hesitation.”

“Good afternoon I would be absolutely delighted to leave a review of my most recent experiences shopping with Temptation Gifts. In a world where people are only too quick to criticise or publicly "out" a company for even the slightest, smallest problem, it is only right and proper to sing their praises when appropriate. I came across this company originally quite by chance. I was looking for a specific product and was linked by the internet to this fabulously helpful company. And joy of joys, most products that I looked at were on average about 20% cheaper than buying direct. Beyond brilliant!! I'm now a three-times returning shopper, and I was just as impressed and satisfied with excellent value for money, the speed and efficiency of delivery and telephone customer service. I had a query around availability and called them to ask a question. Although it was mid-afternoon on a Saturday, the lady I spoke to was courteous and happy to spend time identifying and assisting me to a point where I was able to complete my order. My order was delivered in full three days later. Because of this fabulous company, I'm delighted to be able to say that my Christmas shopping is completed and it's only the third week of September. Hank you SO much, Temptaion Gifts.”
