Hi, Thank you for your review, i am sorry that you are dissapointed with the packaging of our Jellycat items. All the items are new and come to us directly from Jellycat themselves, however they do not supply us with the dust bags or gift bags. The dust bags are only available if you order from Jellycat directly, therefore I’m afraid that we are unable to forward them to you. Kind regards, Rebecca @ customer service

“This was the first time ordering from Temptation Gifts. I honestly have to say that the experience was excellent. Everything was well packed as some items were fragile and it all arrived in a box and within a few days. I was notified when dispatched and all items were keenly priced.
