“Delivery within a reasonable time frame!! Just wish cup had been wrapped a little better & in small box because outside box was a little smashed with a hole! Fortunately nothing was broken!”

“Brilliant customer service, good selection of gifts. Only issue was uploading a picture, website said needed to use jpeg but wouldn't accept any of the jpeg I used. A quick email to them and they gave me a solution.”

“Kerry answered my phone call promptly on a Sunday afternoon, responded to my complaint, arranged for me to email photographs instead of a return, and processed my refund, all within twenty minutes of my initial call. Fabulous customer service: trustworthy and friendly to deal with, should be highly recommended for this.”

“Ordering was quick and easy and delivered spot on. Made a dinosaur mad 3yr old very happy and perfect for a night light, not too bright. The only negative was that there were no instructions or information if faulty etc but I guess that would be down to the manufacturer.”
