“The product (Yankee wax melts) were good quality as I expected from Yankee. Delivery was fine. My only issue was the amount of packaging. The small wax melts were packaged in a large box filled with loads of polystyrene nuggets. It was really unnecessary and could have easily been packaged in a smaller box which would then have fit through my letterbox, instead of me having to collect the large package from the depot. Plus I had to fill up a plastic carry bag with all the polystyrene to dispose of. Not good for my recycling system or the environment - and a waste of money (I should imagine) for TemptationGifts.”

“Brilliant customer service, good selection of gifts. Only issue was uploading a picture, website said needed to use jpeg but wouldn't accept any of the jpeg I used. A quick email to them and they gave me a solution.”

“Kerry answered my phone call promptly on a Sunday afternoon, responded to my complaint, arranged for me to email photographs instead of a return, and processed my refund, all within twenty minutes of my initial call. Fabulous customer service: trustworthy and friendly to deal with, should be highly recommended for this.”
