“The website is good and it is easy to pay with PayPal. My only complaint is that the Jellycat soft toys are packed tightly together in a bag and the paper tags that collectors want get creased and damaged!! Otherwise it would be a 5 star service.”

“My order didn't arrive due to a problem with Royal Mail. After a quick phone call and follow up email, the situation was rectified very quickly. Very easy to order, usually very quick, and lovely to deal with customer services. Will definitely use again.”

“It was great that the item was in stock and at a reduced cost compared to my local supplier of Jelly cat products. Shame that the delivery cost meant it was more costly than the shop. But it arrived in a good state. In fact it stands up much better than the shop version. I bought the jelly cat item for my daughter which she hasn't seen as yet.”

“Stated on the site it would be delivered in 3 - 5 days, but this is from when they have it ready for dispatch rather than when you order it, so in my case it was closer to 10 days. The product was well wrapped to prevent breakage and of good quality.”
