“Goods arrived on time, more than happy with item will use again in the future when necessary, the only criticism being the packing could have been a little more robust, the ends of the handlebars had punctured the box, luckily this did no damage.”

“Items are good quality. They arrived quickly except for one item, but that was personalised so this is probably to be expected. However, the only problem is dirty finger marks on the back of one of the items (a personalised colouring book). A bit gross and unappealing.”

“Item arrived promptly, and there were no problems with the order. The item itself (triple picture frame) was disappointing. I purchased this on the basis of my Nephew and his wife specifying the exact item number they wanted, which I simply ordered, however when the frames arrived was really surprised with how small they were.”

“The item was a like for like replacement mug for my husband, who loved his old mug. It was packed well and delivered in a reasonable time. I do think it was very expensive though, which is why I haven't given 5 stars.”

“Great products, gift wrap option awesome, fast and cheap uk delivery. Delivery to outside U.K. Is far too expensive. I sent to family and they have posted on to me (as I am in New Zealand) for half the cost of getting you to send it.”

“I bought 2 fur foxes along with 2 fur red squirrels as gifts to hang on the Xmas tree. A shop where I first saw one of the foxes had it displayed right in the window and the assistant was not willing to sell it, as she couldn't get to it. Finding out that they were Gisela Graham, I found your store and was able to order 2, plus the squirrels which I hadn't seen before. They were lovely!”
