“Regular offers. A wishlist facility that allows you to store potential purchases until you have sufficient to qualify for free delivery. They are now registered with Quidco for cashback. Packing and delivery of items is always excellent. Over 120 china mugs ordered and delivered - not a single breakage. The only downside to them is that they send far too many e-mails, there being no facility within your account to tailor the mailings they send you. They appear to be like so many online retailers who clog-up your Inbox - they think you are going to buy from them nearly every day! For this, and this alone, a five star rating cannot be secured from me, which is a shame really, because they are a good retailer in all other respects.”

“Fantastic place to buy yankee i always buy my scenterpiece cups from here as they are a good price when they are on offer which they do have offers regular, i havnt seen them as cheap anywhere else, delivery is quick and everything is well packaged, if anything i do wish they would have a points reward system where you get so many points everytime you spend, then you can redeem your points when buy anything else,”

“The Dunoon mugs that I recently ordered from Templeton Gifts arrived promptly and without any damage. They are lovely! However, upon delivery by FedEx, I was required to pay custom duties, HST and a ROD fee (?). There was no mention on the website or on the bill of purchase of any potential extra charges to be paid when the goods were received locally. Despite the mugs being on sale and the reduced exchange rate between UK and CAD$, this order has now proven to be a very expensive purchase which I will not likely repeat in the future.”

“Hmmm, now whilst the Dunoon mug I bought is of undoubtedly very high quality and was delivered well packaged and in good time, I find that the mug shape I purchased (Nevis) is very large and is like drinking out of a bowl. It's a beautiful coastal design and high quality bone China but I am not going to use it only because it is just too big. I wonder if Temptation Gifts ought to show the mug profiles against some sort of everyday gauge like a Bic biro for example so you get a much better idea of size. I appreciate the sizes are shown but it can be difficult to picture in real life 3D”
