“The product "dunoon mug" was of good quality only problem i found was that the décoration which is on it was not very well aligned ! therefore it look's like mediocre quality really unfortunate for the expensive price i expected perfection !”

“Goods arrived on time, more than happy with item will use again in the future when necessary, the only criticism being the packing could have been a little more robust, the ends of the handlebars had punctured the box, luckily this did no damage.”

“Items are good quality. They arrived quickly except for one item, but that was personalised so this is probably to be expected. However, the only problem is dirty finger marks on the back of one of the items (a personalised colouring book). A bit gross and unappealing.”

“Item arrived promptly, and there were no problems with the order. The item itself (triple picture frame) was disappointing. I purchased this on the basis of my Nephew and his wife specifying the exact item number they wanted, which I simply ordered, however when the frames arrived was really surprised with how small they were.”
