Teletext Holidays (trading as teletextholidays.co.uk) is under the new ownership and management of Teletext Travel Ltd, having acquired the necessary intellectual property (IP) from the liquidators of the former owners Teletext Ltd. As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“The price jumped up hugeley from website to when i spoke to the rep. A lady Neelam then rang me and price matched my holiday to on the beachs price. A bit off a faff but in the end great service from Neelam only and a great deal. Cant wait for our holiday”

“Please dont trust teletext as my holiday last year in August 2018 was nightmare. When we arrived at the hotel. My room was hotel was fully booked. No space and kept us waiting for 3 hours. Then left us in a bed sit for 4 hours. Brought us back the following day and give us a small box room. We paid for a deluxe room and did not get it. The customer service is shocking. There was no english speaking staff in the hotel. It was a joke. Please dont book with teletext as they dont care.”

“Will book again would be easier if staff got to the point though and answered questions without reading unnecessary script which diverts away from question asked”

“There prices are always incorrect... they advertise a bargain when you go to book it’s much more expensive”

Hi Joanne, We are sorry to read your concerns with regards to the prices shown on the website. We use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price” and as you mentioned any optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional. The price shown is for accommodation and flights again as advised on the website. Hope this helps. Best Wishes Becky
