Teletext Holidays (trading as teletextholidays.co.uk) is under the new ownership and management of Teletext Travel Ltd, having acquired the necessary intellectual property (IP) from the liquidators of the former owners Teletext Ltd. As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“Sofia was extremely helpful and I had a very good experience with her. She was the perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service and showed no reluctance or hesitation in securing our holiday. We called up a previous company and the adviser sounded so depressing over the phone unlike Sofia who was happy, cheery and friendly. Absolutely brilliant!! :)”

“Very poor they booked my week away and last night rang me and asked for more money. They then asked me if I would like to cancel the holiday they then offered me a 2star instead now must wait to see when I get refunded”

“I have booked a holiday 5 days ago I was asked to pay 100 deposit to secure which I did then the have taken the full amount inc deposit. It is impossible to get through on the phone. I haven’t had the holiday details sent through confirming also promised airport transfers included so need to check this. The whole process of booking with Abel was very very pressurised”

“Baron was amazingly helpful when I was booking my day, sorting better flights and getting the best deal for me. He explained everything well and made sure all the information was correct before he ended the call. I didn't feel like he was rushing just so he could get a sale. Many thanks to Baron.”

“Took my booking and deposit, sent me confirmation emails and invoices then called me back 5 hours later saying there was an error and they wanted more money!”
