As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

5 STAR IN BEING THE WORST HOLIDAY COMPANY EVER I booked a 8 days package holiday to Turkey with them. I contacted them 9Vis email and on the phone) at the beginning of Covid 19 outbreak and was told they were prioritising the customers who were due to fly soon and they would update me before my flight date. I heard nothing from them, so I contacted them again (via email and live chat) the night before the flight and was told the flight was cancelled. when I asked for a refund I was told as the return flight was not cancelled so therefore I was not going to get a refund but they were working with all the suppliers. So I waited - nothing - I contacted them again via chat as they have disconnected their phone and was told that I would not be getting a refund and was offered a credit voucher. Are you kidding me??? - You didnt even tell me my holiday was cancelled, I dread to think what my situation would be like if I was stuck in another country. This company is a joke, with rude customer service agent when you want your money back, they are super quick to take your money but wont give it back. Just refund the customers their money back - its not yours to save your arse. No one has any trust in you - I certainly would not be using this company EVER and another thing - if you provide people with email address - you need to reply to it

I’ve havnt heard from teletext holiday yet I meant to fly to turkey 2 weeks time ive been trying to phone and email no reply I’m not happy this holiday cost.a lot of money I want it back just help the customer

I have been told for the last three weeks that someone from teletext customer support team will call me still waiting. Teletext you are a joke and stop putting on here that you want people's reference number what for you don't bother calling. Stop the lies and sort it out, we dont want refund credit vouchers we want our money back. I have been booking my holidays with teletext for many years NO MORE.

Recieved a call today from teletext, cancelling our holiday, offering us credit note. We asked for our money, was refused. This is the first time we have used this company and the last. We paid in good faith, the company can't give us that . There for it should be a full refund.

I have been offered coupon which expire on the 31st December 2020. I specifically requested a full cash refund back to my card but this request has been continually ignored, ATOL have not done very much to help me either what is their use in all of this , somebody tell me pls. Teletext or Truly Travel whatever they call themselves should pay me back or they will never receive my business again , I have travelled with them since 2012, no more if I don’t receive a Cash refund!!!

Cancelled customers holidays due to the coronavirus, customers waiting since march for there refund and still waiting. Teletext keeping customers money which they are entitled to get back, my holiday is due to start on May 12th and will be cancelled, will have to wait like all the rest of the other customers and fight to get my money back. What the hell is this company playing at, you have customers who cant work due to the coronavirus and need there money back. If you want your customers to returned to use your company then pay us our back. Then customers mite return.

What a complete shambles of a company. I been wanting to cancel my holiday for the last 4 days as been made redundant so can no longer go. You have given me 2 cancellation prices which you won't take as apparently waiting for live prices. I normally book with you BUT never again. What a useless pathetic company you are. Just to say I've got all screenshots of all conversations I've had with about 6 different people. 😡😡

Absolutely terrible service. I paid in full for my holiday which was cancelled due to Corona virus and I'm getting no where trying to get my money back. The phone lines are closed and only was to correspond is live chat which is a waste of time as all you get is automated responses and keep getting told I must wait for a phone call which I've been waiting now over 6 weeks! All they want to do is offer a credit note which I've told them over and over I do not want. I'm sick and tired of this. First and last time using this company. People just beware they take ur money and won't give it back 🤬

Absolutely no correspondence with customers. Trying to get customers to pay remaining balances for holidays we all know we are not going on due to the coronavirus. I tried to cancel my holiday weeks ago but nobody will respond to emails, messenger or there chat service. They send out automated responses with the same messages. First time I have booked with teletext and can guarantee it will be the last. Customer service is appalling. Dreadful company.

THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY MONEY. THE PHONE LINES ARE NOT BUSY. I ENDEAVOUR TO CONTACT ALL NEWS PAPER OUTLETS IN ORDER TO EXPOSE THIS SCAM. THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO INTERVENE .

Do not use this company. They are rude, unhelpful and are not giving refunds in full by cash. They are a bunch of crooks.. look at the comments on the face book page. I wish I had used another reputable company. I’ll never go near them again and neither should you. Sick to death of the generic emails from Kylie and jimmy ..! Absolute joke of a company 0 stars.

Helpful customer services person was patient and happy to run through a number of options. As I found previously, the holiday I chose was not the price quoted on the web site, which was a bit disappointing sionce I see no reason why this information should not be 'live'.

Anyone ever had a bad experience with Teletext holidays??? That are the SHITTEST company Iv ever come across. Point black refusing to let us cancel our holiday??? Saying we need to pay another £250 to cancel when we have already paid £700. Not ringing us like they said they would and NOT letting us cancel.

We have tried to contact teletext a number of times regarding our cancelled holiday, we were meant to fly out last week and we still have the same automated message. Terrible customer service. Booking TT764737 and it now wont even let me log in to my bookings. Even in these circumstances a courtesy call would be nice!

We haven't been able to contact them in regards to our canceled holiday. I understand the situation but lack of customer support is shocking

Avoid at all costs. They are the only company who does not only not refund our holidays, but also make you pay your last installments even though you already had the email from your flight company that they cancelled the flights. They are stealing peoples money, they wont get in contact, if you contact them,they are rude and telm you they will contact you to sort you out. Check out their fb page. Thousands of people will tell you the exact same thing. Horrible people and clearly dont want to stay in business after covid19

Due to Covid-19 we clearly can't go on holiday in 10 days time. We have heard nothing from Teletext Holidays and only from easyJet saying that are flights have been cancelled. When trying to contact teletext the phonelines have all been closed and we have no option but to talk on a 'chat' with (hopefully) a member of the teletext team. I am entitled to a full refund however the response I got from the member of staff was otherwise. Usually teletext are great when it comes to booking our holidays however this experience has been unacceptable. I do not wish to have my holiday postponed or rebooked, I need the money back so that I can live! Teletext will undoubtedly lose a mammoth portion of their customers for this absolute mess! If my holiday is not fully refunded then I will be taking this so much further. Ridiculous.

I appreciate that these are unprecedented times however this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have turned off their phones and tell you to use live chat. This does not work either. I have messaged twice, received a ticket and then nothing! I listened to the advice they gave about not contacting them until it was 14 days before trip and trusted they would be in touch. We were due to go on holiday yesterday and the only correspondence I have received was a reminder to book onto my flight THAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!! So frustrating that a company can get this so wrong. I find it hard to believe that with no new bookings they are not able to methodically go through each booking as it’s due and process a refund. I actually have two bookings that I am trying to get refunded. If anyone happens to see this my booking references are TT785105 & TT785093.

Have tried many times to contact them to get a refund and they keep saying we haven’t recieved anything from the airline. I have called them up and they have confirmed money has been refunded to teletext and they continue to delay refunding me. Customer service absolutely shocking would never book here again.
