Horrible disgusting customer service rude on live chat, finding so difficult to speak to a human being, but now I've contacted my bank to cancell any more money due to them,now lets see if they contact me, and if you do contact me. Plz be aware you will be directed to my insurance company that are now dealing with it, my problem is not connected to covid

ONE STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY“please avoid this company at all costs they will take your money not answer your calls or emails and lie to you on messenger from there Indian call center, i am taking them to court at the moment in hope to get my money back

Due 27 of march supposed to go on holiday! No holiday, no money, no communication with costumers. Nightmare dealing with them. Think very well before book holiday from teletext holiday!!!!

Due to go to Spain with my grandsons for a week on 12 April. Holiday was cancelled. I have email and send chat messages toTeletext Holidays I have not heard from them from 16th April. I was offered offered vouchers. No Teletext I paid by cash I want cash back. My Holiday on the teletext app has a whoop page for 2 weeks now. Teletext shame on you

Beyond disgusted. Holiday was cancelled several phone calls emails and texts later I decided to rebook for next year. Got through straight away on their dedicated (what a laugh) rebooking line on Friday. Rebooked a holiday paid another deposit (I know I must be crazy). Told I would get confirmations of my booking 24 to 48 hours later. NOW not heard anything and told they are busy because if Covid 19. Absolutely feel like they are thieves

You have kept me waiting now for my refund and numerous emails sent .I have been passed from.pillar to post and still cant get a result.please send me my cash refund .i do not want a credit note and the airline are awaiting your input to achieve this .

I have been patiently waiting for someone to call me as my booking got cancelled because of covid 19... its been nearly a month and I have sent numerous emails and webchat requests but no answer... customer service team on the phone are very rude and don't want to help... All I want is my money and teletext holidays don't want to help... I would NEVER use them again!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!

I have a group holiday booking for 8 people for my hen do to fly on the 17th May, Ryanair have cancelled our flights but I've heard nothing from teletext. I have questioned them on Twitter BUT NO REPLY, tried to call every day for approx 3 weeks BUT NO ONE ANSWERS, PHONE GOES DEAD, email x5 BUT NO REPLY.. this is disgraceful and someone from teletext needs to contact me back to get this resolved asap.

I booked with teletext Holidays and was to fly out 8th March te cancelled the flight and have not contacted me. I can't call them because they have shut down their contact centre and when I did live chat every reply took over 10 minutes and was told yjey can't do nothing. Disgusting company. I will never book with hem again! I have told all friends and family. AVOID TELETEXT HOLIDAYS! !!!!

Avoid this company. Thomas Cook went bust 23rd September, I did not receive my £1300 owed until 15th Feb,despite contacting them on several occasions. I re-booked with Jet 2 and got my money back within 4 days due to covid 19. This shows the shoddyness of Teletext Holidays. Nearly 5 months to get my money back!! Disgusting!!

Tt780390. Anil said someone will call u in 24 hours but no-one did. Sandeep,Becky,fateema,Thomas,faiz,Riya they all said same thing but nothing. It's the worst travel agency you can use. Horrible. Too many lies and false hope. They said we gnna deduct your deposit and pay your money back in three weeks but it's been 5 weeks . Awful customer service. Teletext is thief. Dnt use them.

Still no help or information from Teletext holidays about my cancelled holiday due to covid and no travel restrictions!!! ! Just to let u know I was due to go on holiday at the end of February no refund no e mails I've now had to go through my bank as I can't even. Contact atol absolutely disgusting .quick to take our cash but not so quick at returning it ?? We were told working the way through refunds in departure dates ?????nearly in may and nothing

My booking reference is TT767857, and i received by email from Ryanair today cancelled my flights on the 27th April 2020 which I am due to fly out to fuerteventura on the 12th May 2020, I would like to know if Teletext holidays are going to refund me as it was a package holiday, I have email teletext holiday and had not replied from them, I know that teletext holiday are saying that they are dealing with customers which are due to fly before me but customers are still waiting for there refunds since March 2020. I would like a straight answer are you Teletext holidays going to give me a full refund or not, this company need to pay there customers if you want them to return and book with you in the future.

My holiday to Marmaris and Rhodes due to fly out on the 19th April was cancelled. I asked for a refund or if not a refund a letter saying no refund so I can process my holiday insurance which will cover the claim. First they said they would co fact me 14 days before departure. No contact. I wrote to their customer service chat line saying my holiday had been cancelled and wanted a refund. They replied to my email address asking me to co firm that I wanted to cancel my holiday which would have negated all my legal rights. I wrote to them again informing them I had no intention of cancelling a holiday they had already cancelled and said if I didn’t hear from them within 7 days I would instigate legal proceedings for recovery of my money (they have been refunded for the flights by the carrier as we have had our money back for extra baggage allowance). They wrote saying they would contact within two days of departure. No contact. I wrote again. They wrote back saying they would answer all questions within 7 days. That was 8 days ago. I have today instigated legal proceedings for recovery of the holiday money. Once I obtain judgement I will transfer the matter to the High Court and get the bailiffs in. Terrible cynical company don’t ever deal with them. They will go bust and start up as something else.

I booked a multi contractual package in November, which I obviously want to cancel due to obvious reasons at this particular time. Just been told I'm not prioritised for cancellations as I'm flying after 10th May. I asked my options for cancelling and was told I had to wait until THEY contact me. This is direct from Teletext holidays website under their terms and conditions. It doesn't say anything about a time scale, just BEFORE departure. I'd be careful what you're telling your customers. Plenty of potential claims flying around by the sounds of it. 11.2 Multi-Contract Packages Only: Cancellation by you due to Unavoidable & Extraordinary Circumstances Where you have booked a Multi-Contract Package, you have the right to cancel your confirmed Multi-Contract Package before departure without paying a cancellation charge in the event of “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” occurring at your holiday destination or its immediate vicinity and significantly affecting the performance of the holiday or significantly affecting the transport arrangements to the destination. In these circumstances, Truly Travel Ltd shall provide you with a full refund of the monies you have paid but we will not be liable to pay you any additional compensation. Please note that your right to cancel your Multi-Contract Package in these circumstances will only apply where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advises against travel to your destination or its immediate vicinity. For the purposes of this clause, “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” means warfare, acts of terrorism, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination. Please note that this right to cancel only applies to customers who have booked a Multi-Contract Package.

Totally disgusted ! Lack of communication won’t answer phones or emails won’t give you a refund only a credit note which is illegal holiday was cancelled so money should be returned, joke of a company do not book a holiday with dick Turpin outfit !!! Beware !!!!!
