DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We have been very patient waiting for a refund but still have not received the £4000 they owe us from last October. They are liars, rude and quite frankly thieves

I booked a holiday last year to go to Tenerife October 2020, it was cancelled due to covid, paid £3500 for 4 of us. I have spoken several times to them and they keep on pushing the date back everytime, waiting 2 hrs on times to speak to someone. They issued me a credit note which i turned down and now they are telling me possibly ill have my refund end of June

Booked and paid for holiday in January 2020 was to go to Portugal on 1st May it was cancelled have been emailing them since was told would get refund ASAP I'm still waiting have phoned today and yesterday was put on hold 30 minutes each time the worst travel agent ever

TT780336 my girlfriend booked us a holiday in tenerife last april £1346, it obviously got cancelled and after repeated phone caĺls and emails we eventually got some back in sept but are still owed £493.92. They got our fight refund but refuse to hand it over! Next month will be a full year!!! Ide like to wish everyone else the best of luck!!

Booked and paid for a holiday in feb 2020 for a departure date of 11 May, still no refund despite several promises spanning several months, (numerous e-mails and calls). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Disgusted with the lack of communication from this company I have emailed everyday regarding my refund and when i will receive it, I have phoned and have the phone put down on me, I have written a letter and not had a reply I have emailed and get no response unless it’s automated message. We booked to go to Vegas in October of last year and it got cancelled, I rang teletext to see what was happening and said they did not know, I then had to call the airline to find out it had been cancelled along with our reservation in Vegas wich was cancelled by the 3rd party, we was not informed of this like I said only that I rang them MYSELF! No communication from this company and very little empathy for their customers! Would Never book a holiday with this company again!!!!

Company have not replied to any contact as my flights are now canceled. I contacted the hotel and teletext had not even booked the rooms, they still have all my money though!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.HOLIDAY TO BENIDORM CANCELLED FOR 6TH MAY 2020. TT768721/TT768731 £1398 FOR 4 OF US BOOKED BY MYSELF. LOADS OF PHONE CALLS,E-MAILS, MESSAGES LYING THAT I WOULD GET MY REFUND. RECIEVED £311 LAST WEEK WITH ANOTHER PHONE CALL PROMISING THE REST THIS WEEK FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER PHONE CALL TONIGHT ASKING FOR MY BANK DETAILS AND THEN TO BE TOLD I WOULD ONLY BE GETTING ANOTHER £396 SO WILL STILL BE OWED THR SAME AGAIN FOR THE OTHER BOOKING REF MONEY. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE, JUST PAY UP THE REST 😡

Do not trust or book a holiday with this company! I paid £2000 for a holiday in Feb 2020, Teletext cancelled the holiday and i am still awaiting a refund. Customer support will not give a date for the refund, all they say is the "next few weeks" this has been going on for several months now.

TT782559 BOOKING Holiday May 2019 cancelled due to Covid, still no refund. Have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions, get fobbed off and told to just wait as the refund is in process. Very frustrating with awful customer service giving false promises. Will proceed through legal action against them.

Do not use this company, still awaiting refund from a holiday booked and paid for over a year ago. They are under investigation by cma, hopefully they will close them down. The most ignorant people I have ever dealt with, that is if you can get a reply from anybody. Wishing them every failure in the future.

Do not book with this company! They are thieves and do not abide by the rules. They still owe me nearly £3000 for refund owed since June 2020 along with thousands of other people. Customer service does not exist in this company

I booked a holiday for August for a family of 5 which cancelled due to COVID - still waiting for refund 7 months later. I will never book with them again, I suggest everyone use the government website link to lodge your complaint - https://www.coronavirus-business-complaint.service.gov.uk/what_behaviour The CMA are currently investigating Teletext - the more evidence they have will help us get our money back surely?

Teletext Holidays have stolen £1,099.00 from my cancelled holiday last year. They agreed to a full refund, as they changed the date to an inconvenience date. They also received the full refund from Ryanair, which they will not return to me. They keep promising a refund, but it is all delay tactics and lies. Customer service is terrible and a call center in India where nobody has the power to help with anything. Other than to say "don't worry". Please avoid at all cost. I have been trying to get my money back for 7 months now. See the Facebook group for more info. Thousands of people have also been robbed. TT790249

AWFUL COMPANY! Booked holidays with them for July 2020, which got canceled due to Covid-19. Still waiting for a refund 8 months later! Numerous deadlines given for a refund, none of which happened. The staff is rude and unprofessional; no line of escalation. Complaints department non existent! Will be taking them to court. AVOID AND NEVER BOOK WITH TELETEXT!

Total rip off. Read reviews before booking with these and take no notice of good reviews they've got to be fake. Sick of trying to get refund due to corona virus epidemic. Just keep getting faults info. Gona take this further and also put in for compensation. Pass the word on to friends and relatives. Robbing b...... swLter

Not worth one star. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Total scammers holiday booked September 2019 (pre Covid 19. Cancelled by them July 20 still waiting for a refund February 21. They just lie about everything. Told me I could start the refund process in September 20 when I rang. Didn’t even inform the holiday was cancelled told me they sent an email. Only sent email offering vouchers. Reported them to cma. Please avoid at all costs

Catch yourself on DONT give your money away to these despicable scammers they are lowlife lying wasters.Don’t bother wasting your time ringing and emailing looking for a refund you won’t get one.You will get your money back if you paid by credit card if you ring your credit card provider and say that you want to claim under SECTION 75
