“I really enjoyed this course, it was well presented and engaging. The videos of classroom scenarios helped me gain confidence in what to expect from a classroom. The material covered was very thorough and I felt very prepared upon completion.”

“The customer service was excellent. I had a query and due to the messaging option on the screen I could ask really easily and the response was impressively quick. The resources were easy to use and the use of videos was really helpful to see a real life example is of a class. Would recommend this service to anyone!”

“It’s a really cheap way to get the qualification you’re looking for. However, I found that most of the content was relatively dull due to bad presentation, which at times made it hard to focus on and get through. It is just a wall of text on each page, and I think it would have benefitted from a mixture of text, video tutorials of the material (not just videos example lessons), images like flowcharts, etc. Also, for a U.K. based TEFL provider it felt like it was written by an American at times. Still, while I haven’t had the experience of another TEFL a company to compare it to, I’d say it was decent enough to earn the certificate I was looking for.”

“This course is well laid out, and easy to follow. It sets you up well for online teaching. I would suggest that if you are totally new to teaching this would not be enough of an intro as there are no practical hours, but if you have some background and want to get a qualification to teach online it will do the trick. I am still waiting for my physical certificate which I cost £25 at the end of the course. I guess this could be due to lockdown though. They do give you a digital certificate at the end of the course which you can print at home and the online teaching companies accept.”

Hi there, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic and the current lock down here in the UK, we are currently unable to access the printing facilities but shall mail the hard copy of your certificate to you as soon as the restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so which should be in a week or so. Usually, our students receive their hard copy within 5 working days. Thank you for your patience during these difficult and unprecedented times and stay safe.

“As a newcomer to the field of English teaching, I found the course a good foundation for my new career. I still have a lot to learn but found the extra lesson planning module very useful. An extra grammar module can be considered.”

“My experience with TEFL UK has been a very positive one! I was able to complete my TEFL UK course and earn my certification in an appropriate amount of time. “I always dreamed about teaching English as a foreign language especially to little children in various countries. TEFL UK has different types of partnerships with different countries. Thank you to TEFL UK my dream come true. The course is very straight forward. The modules are very interesting and written in a very professional way. I am overall very happy and I can not wait to start my career with my certification. Planing to upgrade for business English and 20 hours in-class teaching practicum in the near future. Thank you.”

“A very thorough, well-designed course. It was obvious it was written by experienced teachers who care about offering high quality training and preparation, and I found observing the full length video lessons very helpful. I contacted customer support a couple of times with questions about the material and received very prompt responses with links to visit for more information. I was glad I chose TEFL UK over another course provider and would highly recommend the 120 hour TEFL certificate program.”

“I have finished the 150 hours TEFL Course with TEFL UK. I am really impressed with the course work and the step by step guidance they give to start as a TEFL teacher. There are a lot of competition out there, but I feel confident that I will also fill my place as a TEFL teacher with the necessary knowledge and confidence to help my students to better themselves and achieve their goals. I am very much looking forward to start my career as a TEFL teacher. I enjoyed the course. Thank you.”

“Fantastic! The course was clear and concise and gives a strong foundation for aspiring English language teachers. In particular, watching recordings of real lessons is particularly helpful to demystify the process and gather useful tips. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering teaching English either at home or abroad!”

“I am very impressed with this course, I really enjoyed how they do tests on the material after every section so you can really concentrate on 1 part of the course & not get overwhelmed with too much material in one go! The layout was very clear & easy to move around. I got so into this course that I completed it way faster than I thought I would because I found the learning so enjoyable that I wanted to progress more and more!”

“Really enjoyed getting my TEFL from TEFL UK. Really clear explanations of everything and a lot of information to learn. Sometimes there was a lot of reading to get through in one go, but the videos made it more interesting and excising. Would definitely recommend the course to a friend!”

“I really enjoyed this course and completed it well before the year was up. The website was easy to navigate, course materials interesting and insightful, with both written material and videos.
