“I had a wonderful chat with a representative to help me decide on which TEFL course to enroll in. With my teaching experience and professional goals, he recommended the Premier course. When I went to purchase it, the website would not process my order so I called customer service directly. The representative took my payment over the phone and she stayed on the line to have a nice conversation about future job opportunities online and abroad. Looking forward to starting this course and on to the next adventure!”

“The videos really helped consolidate what I was learning throughout the course. However, I think it would be helpful to give more tips and ideas to students on how to create lesson plans not just focusing on the methods used. Overall, it was a worthwhile course and I’m glad I did it.”

“The whole experience was ruined for me due to the last assignment which i had to redo 7 times. I can understand the genuine feedback given but the last 2 times were just ridiculous when i was told that i could do better than what i had sent. It personally felt that the tutor was doing this so that i would extend my course. I really felt that i was being pushed by a salesman in the last 2 attempts rather than a tutor. This is really bad and I wish that your organisation looks real hard at such people. I had to mntion in my last attempt as a sidenote that the tutor seemed like a money grubbing salesman and thats when i was cleared. It is my humble request that such people should not be allowed to taint the education of anyone.”

We are very sorry that your experience at TEFL Org didn’t match your expectations. Please be assured that it is in our best interest to ensure students pass an assignment as soon as possible. “Although I enjoyed the course, I underestimated the time required to complete the Methodology unit and had to buy an extension. It is great that the different units can be downloaded so I can revise them if I want to. I probably would. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the origins of the English Language which was never covered in any of the English courses I did as a foreign student. This course recommends teaching English to foreigners in English even to beginners. I didn't think that was possible, so I was very impressed with the video (part of the course) where Spanish was taught to Spanish beginners in Spanish. Over all I think is a pretty good course!! I am looking forward to teaching English to small children in my home country.”
