“I am glad I chose TEFL.Org for the 40-hour Teaching English Online course. Great course content. It covers everything you need to start teaching the English language online. The quizzes attached to each module helped me better understand the course. To my tutor, thank you for the feedback on my assignments. I look forward to taking other courses.”

“I thought it was a good experience. The modules were easy to follow, and I learned a lot. The feedback on all of the assignments was extremely beneficial and helped me to better understand why I made the mistakes I made. Not only that but reviewing those mistakes allowed me to better myself as a future teacher. I would be extremely likely to recommend The TEFL Org to a friend or colleague.”

“I felt like the information within the courses was good and sound. The inconsistency in assignments between requirements and word counts and the feedback I received was sometimes frustrating. For instance, being asked to write a maximum of 200 words, answering in 200 words or so, and then being asked to redo the assignment in more detail. If you want an in-depth answer, then be more clear in your request and do not limit the word count. But if you give me a word maximum, please do not then make me redo the assignment in more detail. I also felt like some of the questions on the quizzes were not very clear or asked about things that were not specifically covered in the content. Especially in the Teaching Large Classes Course and Telephone Teaching Course. There were questions in the final test that seemed to want me to make an educated guess on a particular answer. Specifically the ones about events/activities that students can take part in outside of the class to build community.”

“Easy to use interface, well-structured lessons, good coverage of content. If possible perhaps an app would be useful in the future as many people are on the go and using the web all of the time is not the easiest. Thanks for providing these courses.”

“I thought it was very good. Sometimes I passed assignments when I thought I might fail. My assignment clearly was not perfect and it would have been good to get advice on where I could have improved. No feedback other than to tell me I had passed was not great!”

“Overall, I found this class informative and helpful. It is a steady pace that allows self-learning. I appreciate that the videos have their audio written below which helped me look over the information in more depth. However, there were some grammar and spelling errors in the assignments and examples given throughout the course. This was ironic to me as this is a course to teach English. Please have someone look through and fix these. I am glad I took this course and look forward to where the certificate will take me.”

“I just completed the 140-hour Premier TEFL course. I thoroughly enjoyed the 20-hour virtual weekend course with Richard, the tutor, who was pleasant and helpful, and classmates who were nice. The videos of tutors and their students in the courses were very helpful. I highly recommend this course.”

“I found the course itself very educational and easy to follow. Towards the end of the course I struggled a lot with my tutor. I did not feel like she was marking the assignments carefully and would give feedback that was either very vague or was asking me to do things that I felt I had already covered. As i felt like the was being unfair and failing me 'for the sake of it', there was one assignment that i waited a few days and simply resubmitted the exact same piece of work to which I was passed and she wrote "much better thank you Bethan". It was a shame that such a good helpful course was made so frustrating at the very end by unprofessionalism from the tutor.”

“I completed TEFL 120 and other advanced courses. The courses were well-structured and easy to understand. Recently, I took the Online Practice Course and thoroughly enjoyed the way the tutor immersed us in teaching scenarios. It provided a great opportunity to receive constructive feedback on our teaching performance while conducting sample classes. It's also a fantastic platform for drawing inspiration from like-minded individuals. The customer service has consistently been excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience.”
