“The Tefl course really opened my eyes in way kids think and learn, i feel this was essential to skills and assets when interacting with kids. “I recently completed the online 20-hour TEFL course with Steve, and it was a great experience. The content was well structured and easy to follow with a good balance between teacher-led, collaborative, and student-led activities. “I enjoyed taking the TEFL Org certification course much more than I thought I would. The material was engaging and I was able to go through it at my own pace and order. I have been teaching for many years but learned a lot of "new tricks" through the material for this course. I especially apreciated the methodology section as well as the classroom video observations. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone looking for certification, it was also quite affordable compared to some of the others. Assignments were graded in a timely manner and the tutors feedback was very useful and specific. TEFL Org was a good choice and I actually have since suggested it to many of the folks in my department looking for certification!”

“As an experienced educator, I was not sure what to expect when I signed up for the 120 hour TEFL Online course. Happily, I found the coursework very informative and it broadened my knowledge of working with students learning English. I foundn the two lesson plan formats helpful and now feel better prepared to deliver my ESOL lessons (my current job). I alos look forward to applying to teach abroad. The synchronous classes were a great way to end my experience, and the classes flewby! I like that we had the opportunity to teach in a simulated class before heading out into the real world. Thank you to TEFL for an amazing experience.”

“It is a very good course. The thing I would say is a recommendation of which series to take in order. I know it is asynchronous but I found myself winding up taking the harder portions that should be last and the easier ones vice versa. Other than that it is very informative and have even implemented some of my new skills in my current job.”

“I understood the part of teaching online and requirement all ok as well as how to set up the environment. However I am still unsure how to use the platforms for online teaching despite watching the videos, the explanations felt that they were for people who already know how to use them instead of for new beginners. I will need to do more research on how to use these platforms, step by step as a complete beginner before starting teaching.”

“I learnt grammar structures, that must have passed me by at school. I gained the most from the structured approach to teaching provided by the course. Good repetition during the various course stages. Some of the assignments were challenging, I had to go back to the teaching material to complete these correctly (which as good!) Overall a great and valuable course. There were a couple of modules, involving classroom sessions, where it was tricky to understand the students while they were speaking.”
