“The online courses are very thorough in content, materials and videos, making it a well rounded course. Tutor support is very well conducted, prompt and efficient. Would recommend to anyone interested in teaching English. It has been an interesting and enlightening course to embark on.”

“I know that it's a prestigious certificate but the certificate has no hologram,and more than that I had a tutor who should have supported me during this course and she did really nothing.no support at all and for one task she rejected my lesson plan 3 times and each time that I corrected my task she chanded her review. If at the first time she had written the reviews completely I wouldn't have to pay 1900 lira for extension time. I submitted all that task at the first time with 100 and passed them for the first time but 10 days for one task??? It was not fair at all with no support from the tutor. And even I showed all that tasks that she had rejected to great tesol,tefl, celta and delta teachers, every body told me your lesson plan is perfect why she rejected.it shows that it comes out of the creative mind.but she rejected 3 times,she answered late and I had to pay mor money and that was unfair. Really I have a big negative comment on the support... I loved this course but at last it was like a trouble for me. Sorry I complain a lot, but I am so sad about all the issues that I told. And we paid for the delivery of our certificate”

Thank you so much for your review, Zeinabsadat! You can be sure that our certificate does include a hologram, but you need to request the hard copy first, as the PDF copy I see you just have at the moment could not possibly include a hologram. Please log into your account to request this free hard copy certificate where our printers can then create this quality document for you. Our tutors are certainly there to provide feedback on your assignments, but to receive support if you struggle you would have to contact them and ask questions first. You will have received their direct email address when you first enrolled. They are always happy to provide additional help when requested. As long as you submitted your course work on time, your tutor can certainly mark this even after a deadline passes, so there would have been no need to purchase an extension - you simply just needed to contact us. You also did not pay for the delivery of your certificate, as the initial certificate is included in the cost of your course. As you have not requested this certificate as yet, you can still do this by logging into your account. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the customer service team.

“At first I was a bit dubious about the course, thinking it was a bit easy and not very informative, but after doing the 20 hour live training, and working through the methodology course, the structure and information all began to make sense. And by the time I finished the course, I had actually gained a lot of knowledge. Part of the problem for me is I am an educator, so much of the information was very familiar to me, but I was grateful for what I did learn. My only complaint was the word count for some questions was entirely too short. I had to struggle to answer some questions and keep the word count around 100.”

“I really enjoyed this course, but wonder if we could see more variety of teachers/interactions/students in different settings. I found it dreary always looking at the same teachers/students/whiteboard/classroom. I also question the value of Teaching Large Classes module and would have preferred more information about teaching online, again with filmed examples of how this works as this reflects the explosion in online teaching. I found my tutor, Jo tough but fair and appreciated her feedback which helped me hone my assignments to a better standard. All in all good value for money and I felt I learnt a lot. Many thanks”
