“module b is tough and assignments can be very tough...it is a grind sitting in front of the computer for hours on end”

“I went to a weekend TEFL class which I enjoyed. I thought it was well run and I felt that I learnt a lot. I was pleasantly surprised because some while ago I signed up for one of your online TEFL courses and it was so boring I had to give up. In fact I signed up for the class course with Global English, looking to avoid TEFL Org!”

“The course is divided into sections that are small and manageable. This helps me to stay motivated to study, as I feel successful as I complete each section. My tutor marks my assignments amazingly quickly. The grammar lessons were interesting.”

“The course is overall good, but the English is often awful, which is unacceptable for an English teaching course. An example of this is 'ComparativeS* adjectives could be practiC*ed by...'.”

“After several emails, The Customer Service team finally sorted out my account, so I was able to purchase a TEFL course online. However, the login for the course itself was also an issue. Customer Service finally sorted that out too.”

“The course seems to be good however I was not told as to my workshop being cancelled resulting in my loss of money and travelling 2 hours on the train and bus to get to the location to discover it had been cancelled .when I requested some reimbursment for the cost I was declined”

“It is set up with all the relevant information; however I can't say I was impressed with the phone customer service. Since I have started the course, it has been very good. Because of this, I have been impressed.”

“Cost of course reasonable and content comprehensive. However, I find the website really confusing to navigate around. Also some of the explanations given in the course are not very clear (especially considering it is a teaching English course)!”

“TEFL has provided me with the opportunity to travel to different counties to change lives by teaching English. However, I find the lessons are poorly worded and hard to follow. I feel I am not retaining any new information.”
