“I really liked my TEFL course and the video lessons within it. All of the assignments were clearly laid out with good examples, which really helped the writing process. The tutors graded my assignments quickly and the quizzes were all very straightforward and pretty fun. My main issue with TEFL was that the program I wanted to go on got cancelled, which was very disappointing.”

I can see that it was the online-only course you completed though, so we would like to investigate this further to ensure you are on the course you prefer.

“The course overall was very good. The only criticism I have is some of the feedback on assignments is not that clear. More often than not I just got 'good ideas' and then the feedback gave another lesson plan, which although very helpful more specific feedback on what of mine was good and what areas to improve. Each time although I was given feedback it didn't feel that it was guiding me on the work I had done. The course as a whole was very enjoyable and would recommend for sure.”

“I really enjoyed my TEFL course, especially the face to face day. The online course was interesting and my tutor came back quickly with feedback on my assignments. The only slight downside is that the e-mail communication with customer services is bad and they didn’t reply to any of the 3 e-mails I sent however, the online chat service is fab.”

“This course was thorough and well planned. The lessons were a manageable size and the resources helpful. I mostly appreciated the lesson and activity ideas and resources. The 'era' is slightly outdated, but the content is excellent. Thanks!”

“I really enjoyed my course and I have learned a great deal. The examples were great and the text was clear. You got your point across really well with all of the lessons (in my opinion). I would have liked to see more feedback on the assignments passed. Overall I recommend this class to everyone :)”

“I really enjoyed my training. It was well organised, the lessons were good, I learned a lot. Having some "live" sessions with tutors would have been appreciated. But otherwise, it was great. I may do an additional course later on”

“My TEFL training will support me immediately in teaching Ukrainian refugees. The TEFL course was challenging and stretching, but always informative, interesting and rewarding. TEFL tutor feedback was very helpful. I am very grateful for their patience and understanding. I am so grateful to all at TEFL for the lifechanging skills they have taught me. TEFL has provided me with the tools I need to help in the reconstruction of peace in Ukraine. TEFL teaching will be much needed in Ukraine in the years ahead.”

“My learning experience with TEFL Org was really satisfying. I got to learn a lot, from reviewing all my grammar knowledge to learning how to deal with students, give them feedback and even how to arrange seats in a classroom. I can say that I did not waste money investing in it. I just wanted more variety on the quizzes though, not just end-unit quiz multiple choice answers, also maybe add at least one or two real life teaching students, for exemple teaching one real student via zoom would be a great assignment. But overall, it was great. Thank you, looking forward on my journey to become an English teacher.”

“Overall I really liked the program. The tutorials/videos were very well done. There was enough variety and subject matter to keep me focused and interested. The only issue I had was on occasion after I finished a lesson and tried to go to the next lesson, instead of going directly to the lesson, I would instead be forwarded to the main page, and have to find my place again. Not a big deal, but somewhat of a nuisance nonetheless. My tutor, Alex, was great and I appreciate all of the feedback I received. I appreciate the program and the education and would recommend it.”

“I sent a review already, and I have no complaints. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I'm looking forward to paying for my next Course. I did my Course completely online, and I like the very professional way, that it was done. I've learnt a lot, even though English is my first language because we have a local dialect which we use in Trinidad, I use Standard English most of the time because I prefer not to have difficulty using it when I need to. The experience was first-rate!”

“This program was quality from beginning to end. All of the expectations, learning goals, and objectives were provided right from the beginning. I was able to pace myself through the 168-hour course according to the amount of time I was able to dedicate at that particular time. My Assessor, Arthur, was extremely patient, professional, supportive, and flexible all at the same time. I am very happy and grateful to now have Level 5 ESL Certification through TEFL.org!!”
