“I thought the review was supposed to be about the particular course that I have done, not about the TEFL Org in general. I found the "How to promote your online lessons" course very shallow. It barely covers how to promote, it mostly covers social media apps and tools, which we all know about. Moreover, the majority of the media suggested that are not the best for the purpose.”

“I am grateful to take a decision to apply for TEFL.org certification six months ago in July 2022. I learned a lot from experienced teachers. The feedbacks provided were also helpful. Lastly, thak you for letting me make several attempts when I failed on several assignments. It educates me and reminds to be both an educator and learner that appreciate both process and progress. “A professional well constructed course. Easy to follow with regular tests of your understanding. I found the written assignments challenging but feedback from tutor was timely and constructive. I enjoyed the course and definitely learned a lot and feel better equipped to start teaching.”

“Quite an in depth programme with plenty of easy to follow videos, notes and assessment quizzes. There are many written assessments as you would expect and you soin get used to writing lesson plans with tons of support from your online assessor. Highly recommended!!!”

“I enjoyed the whole course. My tutor Joanne was excellent and professional, and very patient with me. She gave me excellent feedback, even though some of the questions I was just "dumb" and didn't pay close attention.”

“refund policy is lacking. poor communication, havent heard from them in days. too expensive. not required. i still want my refund. complete scam. they have two tos. one that says you dont get a refund if you start the pre course, another for accepting the tos means tough luck. total money grab.”

Hi, We're very sorry to hear you have not received a reply regarding your refund request. If a formal complaint has been made, you can be sure that management will be in touch within 8-days. We do also ensure that our refund policy is clearly shown on our Terms and Conditions page. Here it shows that anyone can request a refund up to 14-days as long as the User Agreement has not been signed. Our User Agreement also specifies in bold that, if you sign it you forfeit your cancellation rights. I am sure you will receive a reply regarding your request very soon.
